Thanks to its many years of experience with engine manufacturers in Bavaria, BMW X6 M twin turbo V8 engine proved no exception to its ability to quickly find effective ways of enhancing the performance of an engine. Through a reform of the electronics of the engine, including control DME, and a catalytic conversion including alterations to converters, the power of the 4.4-liter V8 is increased to 687 hp, which with a weight of 2380 kg Tare equivalent to a power weight ratio of 3.4 kg per horsepower. With this, the sprints M6XR Twin Turbo 100 km / h from a standing start in just 4.7 seconds and reaches an incredible speed over 319 km / h. A version with over 700 hp is expected within a short period of time, equipped with the new exhaust collectors, will break the barrier of 900 Nm.
Something that is also favorable to the power of Manhart M6XR Racing Twin Turbo, of course, is the new exhaust system in stainless steel with four tailpipes 90 mm and two 200 cell HJS race catalytic converters. Four wheels sporting Manhart RS ensure ideal contact with the bitumen, all in 11J x 23 in size and equipped with 315/25 ZR23 tires. With the sports chassis, developed and manufactured by Manhart, the center of gravity of the X6 M is approx. 30 millimeters lower, which is of special interest for handling in tight corners. Optimum Sports deceleration of 2.4 ton SUV is ensured by a high-end braking system with 395 mm discs and six-piston calipers in front and 375 mm discs with four-piston calipers in the rear.
There is the option of a full leather interior with Alcantara roof lining and door, to go with the interior characteristically clinical BMW X6 M, as well as numerous Klavierlack double coat linings transparent finish.
